Anuraag has strong international experience managing Telecom and non-Telecom services. His career of 30 years has traversed many industries, primarily in Telecom, Oil & Gas, IoT & Building Digitization.

With 10 leadership roles in Services and Geographical business units managing projects totalling more than €2 Billion, Anuraag is a seasoned Project Manager who has managed large projects and 3000 direct and indirect team members over the years. He has been a committed coach and mentor for 50 plus managers.

As a senior Agile Leader with critical thinking, problem solving and outstanding communication skills, he has had exceptional success driving Business Transformation for Services.

He is also a Co-founder of IntelliStride Technologies Pte Ltd, that designs and executes IoT solutions in various industries. He is based in Singapore. 

Karthik Srinivasan

Karthik is an Infocomm technology sector expert with rich experience at several MNCs including Palm Inc., as its Managing Director for Asia Pacific Region and at Hewlett Packard as its Vice President for Customer Services covering Asia Pacific and Japan region.

Karthik has over 30 years of executive level experience with strong capabilities around financial strategies, customer service operations and business development.

He is well versed in conducting financial due diligence, process improvement and internal realignment exercises having handled multiple merger-acquisitions.

Karthik is a qualified Chartered Accountant. He is the Founder – Director of Spearhead Global Services Pte Ltd., Singapore. Additionally, he also acts as a strategic growth consultant for start-ups in Singapore and India.


Anuraag has solid experience of project management, working across different cultures and starting up new businesses and divisions. He has high work ethics and a strong analytical mindset with an ability analyzing a variety of complex topics to get to the essence of things.
