Very often growth does not come to executives for various reasons. We identify these reasons and provide training and coaching to help you grow.

Admission to the program – How it Works

To join the program, you need to fill the application form. Once we receive the application, we will call you to understand your goals & priorities. Post the call, an invite to join the program will be sent to you. Payment can be made online on receiving the invite to join. This helps us create a batch with executive who have similar interests.

Training program group size

Our training group size will be restricted to 8-10 people only. A group facilitates sharing of diverse perspectives, enhances communication skills, role playing and so on. However, our curated group is kept small to enable proper instructor attention and avoid uneven participation or distractions.

ProConsultrix Network

On completion of the program, you become part of our select ProConsultrix Network. This provides a lifelong engagement with your peers and your coaches to find solutions to career and management issues.

Add-On: One-to-One Coaching

What is the time committment needed for the course?
The course is designed to have one session a week of 2 hours.
Additionally, there will be a 10-minute break in the session.
In addition, during the week, there will be assignments and self-assessments that require participants to make some time commitments.
Is there a certificate at the end of the course
All participants will receive a certificate at the end of the course.
Is the course online or In-person?
The course is online but delivered in real-time. There will be video recordings intermittently to support the main sessions. There will not be any recordings of the session. Attendance will be compulsory.
Who is eligible to join this course?
The course is designed for mid-career professionals, managers, and individuals looking to switch careers or advance in their current roles. The intended audience for this program is Executives with approximately 8-15 years of experience, between 35-40 years of age, who may have reached the midpoint of their careers.
How do I apply for this course?

What if I miss a session?
Attendance in the course is compulsory. The sessions will not be repeated, and recordings will not be provided. On a case-to-case basis, depending on reasons for non-attendance, the instructor may take an additional 45-minute session to get the participant up to speed. But this will be at the discretion of the instructor.
What should I expect to learn from the course
The course provides an understanding framework and tools that can be applied to your unique situation. Every professional career journey is unique. The participant will get an understanding of what is critical to move forward. The application will depend on the individuals themselves

Course requirements

Any Professional with a minimum of 10-years work experience in any industry can join the course. They may be from any functional area - HR, Marketing, Operations, Technology, and so on.

Intended audience

The intended audience for this program are Executives with approximately 10-15 years of experience, between 35-40 years in age, who may have reached the midpoint of their careers. At this stage, many executives may begin to feel stuck in their careers or may find opportunities in the job market become limited.
