To join the program, you need to fill the application form. Once we receive the application, we will call you to understand your goals & priorities. Post the call, an invite to join the program will be sent to you. Payment can be made online on receiving the invite to join. This helps us create a batch with executive who have similar interests.
Our training group size will be restricted to 8-10 people only. A group facilitates sharing of diverse perspectives, enhances communication skills, role playing and so on. However, our curated group is kept small to enable proper instructor attention and avoid uneven participation or distractions.
On completion of the program, you become part of our select ProConsultrix Network. This provides a lifelong engagement with your peers and your coaches to find solutions to career and management issues.

This 60-minute session will introduce participants to the group and lay the groundwork for a supportive, long-term relationship over the next seven weeks. We will cover critical theories that underpin the course design, providing an overview before we delve deeper into the sessions.
Every journey starts with self-understanding. Long-term changes begin by knowing yourself. We will do exercises and assignments to help you establish a baseline for “You”. A place from which you will launch and change for the better. Templates and questions will assist you in this process.
