It’s a completely customized personal transformation process that requires dedicated and consistent effort. Our coaches are your trusted partner who will challenge your thinking, celebrate your wins, and help you navigate the complexities of your transformation journey. Our confidential sessions will delve deep into your unique challenges and aspirations, configuring our approach to your specific needs and goals. Together, we’ll:

  • Define your personal goals: Focus on what is essential for your journey.
  • Define your execution plan: Develop your personalised plan and focus on key areas.
  • Execute the plan and address the challenges: Address and fine-tune the effort needed to maximise impact.
  • Track the changes: We don’t improve what we don’t measure. To track progress, we will form, define, and use measurable and relevant metrics.

How will it work?

There will be 1+10 personal and confidential sessions. These sessions will be held online at a time mutually agreed upon with the coach. To be effective, they can be scheduled once every two weeks. The first session will be an introductory session, which will set the guidance for the following sessions. The session duration will be 1 hour.

An experienced coach will be assigned before the start of the coaching process.

Any Professional with a minimum of 10-years work experience in any industry can sign up for coaching.

  • You must have a mindset for change. All journeys start with self. You will need to bring your best self to the process.
  • Transformation requires purposeful action. Stay true to the plan of execution.
  • Leave the Comfort zone because forming new habits requires leaving your comfort zone.
Intended audience

The intended audience for this program is an Executive with approximately 10-15 years of experience in any industry, between 35-45 years in age. They may be from any functional area - HR, Marketing, Operations, Technology, and so on.Executives who want to move forward, and discover their talents and potential, and change behaviours to grow, will find the coaching very useful.
