Organizations create strategies to execute them successfully. However, according to a survey, 80% of strategies either fail or are only partially successful. This is primarily due to a failure in executing the strategies. We combine the best of cutting-edge research, our experience, and proven business techniques to deliver the end-to-end training to transform the mindsets and skillsets. Our goal is to coach you on the transformation journey and equip you with the right strategic mindset, adaptability, and expertise to lead and deliver in any context.
Admission to the program – How it Works
To join the training program, you need to fill the application form. Once we receive the application, we will call you to understand your goals & priorities. Post the call, an invite to join the program will be sent to you. Payment can be made online on receiving the invite to join.
Training program group size
Our training group size will be restricted to 8-10 people only. A group facilitates sharing of diverse perspectives, enhances communication skills, role playing and so on. However, our curated group is kept small to enable proper instructor attention and avoid uneven participation or distractions.

Any executive with some experience of project execution, overall 10 years' experience, and some knowledge of Project Management tools is welcome on this program.
This course is intended for Engineering Leads, Engineering Managers, Project Managers, and Senior Project Managers, Functional heads or even CXOs.
